Biographical: Judy Lo is a certified tea sommelier. She works at a tea trading company where her responsibilities are managing the tea lab, analyzing and testing teas, and preparing for and participating in tasting sessions. Judy has a passion for tea and has authored a book on Chinese tea culture and is currently writing a second book on her reflections on tea. She also maintains a blog and enjoys learning and performing Gongu Cha and Chanoyu ceremonies as well as holding tea/ food pairing sessions and tea parties in her free time.
